Ecological aspects and environmental protection become more and more important in our society and at work.

A chair which has been manufactured in consideration of ecological issues will have a lower negative impact on the environment with respect to production, usage and recycling.

It encourages a more comfortable workplace and therefore enhances motivation and the maintenance of good health.

To substantiate these statements KÖHL products are reviewed by the Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern (LGA), a neutral testing authority in terms of ergonomical and environmental aspects.

KÖHL-products carry the seal of approval "Ergonomie-" und "Schadstoff"-geprüft (ergonomically-tested and non-toxic) of the LGA.

The seal of approval "LGA-non-toxic" distinguishes products that do not feature any harmful pollutant emission. Furthermore they are able to withstand the examination of harmful substances.
